Payment acceptance

Payment acceptance is the core of what we do

Not a side feature of a wider platform: taking crypto payments is the flow we build, operate and support first. A hosted checkout page or your own interface over the API, a dedicated address per order, and a settlement record your finance team can close the month with.

Money in

Accepting payments

Customers pay through a hosted checkout page or through your own interface over the API.

Each order gets its own address, so incoming funds map to an invoice without manual matching. The rate is fixed when the customer commits, and the exposure between that moment and confirmation sits with us rather than with you. The same checkout takes whatever the customer already uses, so nobody is sent back mid-checkout to fetch a different wallet.

  • Hosted checkout or direct API
  • A dedicated address per order
  • Status pushed over webhooks
  • Underpayments and late arrivals handled as normal cases

Built for how customers actually pay

Customers pay in whatever they already use, not the one asset that happens to be easiest for you to reconcile. The same checkout works whether someone arrives with stablecoins or with a major coin, so nobody has to leave the page to swap into something else first.

That flexibility does not add operational weight on your side. Every asset lands in the same ledger, is scored by the same risk engine, and shows up in the same settlement report at the end of the day.

Wide currency choice

The major coins and stablecoins run through the same checkout and land in the same merchant balance.

Fast confirmation

Status moves to confirmed as soon as the network finalises the transaction, not after a manual review queue.

Screening built in

Every incoming payment is scored before it settles, so acceptance and compliance happen in one step, not two.

Costs set for your volumes

Processing costs are quoted once we see your volumes and confirmed before you go live, not adjusted afterwards.

Questions we get about acceptance

How is the exchange rate fixed?

The rate is locked at the moment the customer commits to pay, not when the transaction confirms on-chain. Market movement between those two moments is our exposure, not yours, and it never shows up as a shortfall on your side.

What happens if a customer sends the wrong amount or pays late?

Underpayments, overpayments and late arrivals are handled as normal cases rather than incidents: the system reconciles what arrived against what was invoiced and flags the difference, instead of leaving the order stuck in limbo.

Which currencies and networks can customers pay with?

The major coins and stablecoins, in the hosted checkout and in the API alike. A customer pays in whatever they already use and it settles into the same merchant balance either way. During onboarding we go through your customer mix and confirm the routes that fit it.

Do I need to hold or manage crypto myself?

No. Funds move into your merchant balance and can be settled to EUR or USD through partner channels, or held in the asset they arrived in if you prefer to manage that yourself.

Can I use my own checkout instead of the hosted page?

Yes. The hosted page gets you live fastest, but the same acceptance flow is available directly over the API if you would rather build the payment experience inside your own product.
