2. What we are not
We are not an exchange, a wallet provider, a custodian, a broker, an investment firm or a retail financial services provider. This website is a corporate presence and provides no access to public financial services. We do not open accounts for individuals acting outside a business capacity.
3. No advice
Nothing here is investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing here should be relied on as such. Decisions about whether to accept, hold or convert digital assets are commercial decisions for each business to take, with its own advisers.
4. Regulatory environment
Rules governing digital assets differ by jurisdiction and change frequently. It is each client's responsibility to establish whether and how it may use our services in its own jurisdiction.
5. Risk warning
Digital assets carry risk. Their value is volatile and can fall as well as rise. Networks can congest, fork or fail. Transactions on a distributed ledger are generally irreversible once confirmed, and funds sent to an incorrect address usually cannot be recovered. Losing access to a private key normally means losing access to the assets it controls.
6. No guarantee
We make no representation or warranty about the performance, availability, value or suitability of any digital asset or network. Where we describe how our service behaves, we describe our intended operation, not a guaranteed outcome, and any service level is set out in the agreement with the client rather than on this page.
7. Third parties
Our services depend in part on third parties, including blockchain networks, analytics providers and settlement partners. We select them with care, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the agreement with the client provides.
8. Accuracy of this website
We try to keep this website accurate and current, but content may become out of date. Nothing on it forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in a signed agreement.
